WELGELGEN ROAD

The Land measures 4000 m2 bordering Welgelegen Road and Chameleon Drive. It is located across the road from Raoul Illidge Sports Complex in the District of Little Bay. 

Leasehold rights to the land have been acquired on February 12th 2021 with a term of 50 years to 2071 renewable to 2121 at the same conditions.

The purpose of the Leasehold is having the right to build, hold and maintain apartments, with residential and commercial purposes, with the right to divide the complex of buildings to be erected on the Property into rights of apartment, and convey title of the apartments to third parties.
